It is employees exactly like Mr. Durkee who, even though he didn't have to do something, still does it , after applying common sense and top shelf customer service skills to each situation, enables you and your firm to obtain and retain very happy customers, and in turn, treating those customers in a superior manner!

As a retired law enforcement officer, I dealt with security agents on a regular basis, and if Mr. Durkee is an example of the caliber of employee you hire and train, and thus retain, you are a company that will do nothing but grow and prosper. Believe me!
